Crypto's Silent Signals: What they Mean for Long-Term Investors.
TLDR: In September, the market had minor recovery at +0.87% with Bitcoin leading in market cap, gaining +6.3% but not surpassing the 30k mark. Some large-capitalization alt coins are gradually outperforming Bitcoin, hinting at a possible trend shift. Long-term investors have favorable signals to enter or amplify their crypto exposure. Bitcoin's average price over the last 4 years is $26,100, suggesting a great entry point. CommonSense believes it's an excellent opportunity for long-term investors. - Edu Forte, CEO and Co-Founder.
During the month of September, we experienced some sideways movement in the market, which only recovered by +0.87% compared to the previous month. Bitcoin remains the leading asset in terms of market capitalization, with a recovery of +6.3%, yet it still hasn't managed to break the psychological barrier of 30k.
Nevertheless, we are starting to see signs of a potential shift in trend.
Since June, very gradually, some large-capitalization alt coins have outperformed BTC, and this trend appears to be continuing upward, which we interpret as a positive market signal, with investors looking for higher returns by taking on more risk.
On the other hand, we continue to see very positive signals for long-term investors wishing to enter the market or increase their exposure to crypto.
Specifically, for BTC, the SMA 1458d (the average price for the last 4 years) stands at $26,100, just below the current price, which, in our view, indicates a very good entry price with a more than acceptable risk-adjusted return.
At CommonSense, we remain convinced that this is an excellent entry opportunity for investors with a long-term vision.
